Center For Bioenergetic Integration

Alexandra Riccio, PhD, FNP-C, RN

Integrative Family Nurse Practitioner, PEMF Technician, and Classical Homeopath

With this wealth of knowledge and experience in various fields of science and medical systems, she recognized that her patients needed more education about their own health and the various medical systems that are available in the world. She also recognized the beneficial effects of combining or integrating various therapeutic modalities. Most people need the support of many different types of therapy derived from various medical systems, not just one.  Having in depth understanding of how the body and brain (mind and emotions) work together, has given Dr.  Riccio the foundation she needs to recognize that an individuals pattern of healing, which is synonymous with a disease process is what directs helping a person move through their illness or pain.
Dr. Riccio actively integrates various medical modalities in her practice. She strongly believes that providing a patient with various treatment options empowers the patient to discuss and make knowledgeable decisions about their own health.

She has a private practice in NYC and Saratoga Springs, NY. She specializes in family wellness with an integrative and holistic approach. Dr. Riccio uses both Pulsed Electromagnetic Fields and Classical Homeopathy for clients with injury, pain, or any type of mental, emotional or physical imbalance. Using homeopathy, she has successfully treated clients with ADD, allergies, asthma, autism, GI disturbances, urinary tract infections, migraines, skin ailments, emotional problems, hormonal imbalances, psychological issues (anxiety, depression, OCD), pain, and acute illnesses (viral and bacterial infections).

PEMF has recently become an integrative modality of her practice to help repair musculo-skeletal injury and relieve pain.

Dr. Riccio welcomes anyone to her practice and encourages parents to participate in the healing and wellness of their children. Treating the entire family truly helps to paint the clearest and most descriptive picture of the health imbalances and healing patterns of an individual. Dr. Riccio also integrates nutritional/diet counseling, stress reduction guidance, and life style management.
